"My bath tub drain was draining very slowly. I stupidly called Roto-Rooter, they came out and said the drain needed to be snaked and the cost was $482.00 but would give me a coupon for $75. I passed and called Root-A-Way. They gave me a quote of $175.00 and were at my house within 90 minutes. Two gentlemen took a look at my tub and drain pipes. They removed the bath tub drain plug, removed a bit of hair and adjusted the drain plug. They advised me that since I had PVC piping that no snaking needed to be done. They refused to accept any payment, shook my hand and headed off to their next job. Folks, that just doesn't happen these days. Thankful to have found them and if I ever need a plumber in the future Root-A-Way will be my first call!! Thank you so much!!!!"
